If you mistakenly delete data or assets from your account, you can request account rollbacks to recover that information. Please fill out the form to request your rollback, and our team will review your request and roll back your account accordingly.

A one-time payment of $50 will be collected to process your account rollback request.

Restoring Contacts?

If you are requesting a rollback of deleted contacts, please note that by default we will not return restored contacts to the campaigns they were subscribed to before they were deleted because it will typically create issues such as emails or SMS messages getting sent multiple times.

The data we use to restore your account is the data we saved during our latest database backup, which typically occurs in the early morning PST. That means if your contacts were deleted after your last database update, we won’t have any record of their actions after that point. Therefore it’s not possible to restore contacts to their exact location on your campaign maps before they were deleted or add them back where they should be as if they had never been deleted.

However, if you would like us to attempt to return your contacts to their campaign subscriptions based on your account’s most recently backed up data, please let us know by including clear instructions in the “Any specifics we should be aware of?” field.

That will confirm that:

1. You understand there is no guarantee that we will have the information necessary to return your contacts to their last known campaign subscription and element position.

2. You have read this disclaimer and understand the possible consequences.

NOTE: There are times when a FULL rollback is required to restore your data. Should it be deemed that a FULL rollback is needed, as opposed to what is called a PARTIAL, it is very important to understand that the entire account will be reverted back to the way it existed at the time of our last database backup. This means that all contacts will be placed back on Automations just as they were at the time of our last backup. As mentioned above, this could cause issues such as emails or SMS messages getting sent multiple times. Once this form is filled out and your request has been submitted, a member of our team will reach out to you to inform you if a partial or a full rollback is required for your specific situation.
