Important: Restoring Contacts

Restored contacts are not automatically returned to their previous automations.
• This helps prevent duplicate emails and sms messages from being sent.

Our restoration point comes from the most recent backup (typically early morning PST). Any activity after that time cannot be recovered. Because of this, we cannot guarantee contacts will return to their exact place in your automation.

If you want us to attempt to restore contacts back to their respective places in automations, include clear instructions in the "Any specifics we should be aware of?" field.

Full vs Partial Rollbacks

In some cases, a full account rollback is required.
• A partial rollback restores only specific data
• A full rollback reverts your entire account to the latest backup

A full rollback may:
• Re-add contacts to automations as they were
• Trigger duplicate emails or SMS messages

Our team will confirm whether your request requires a full or partial rollback before proceeding.
